Participant Registration

The Alafia River Rendezvous is open to anyone interesting in participating in the event. Anyone interested in participating will need to register as a participant. Being a participant of the Alafia River Rendezvous means you have a medallion that gives you the ability to camp on site either in the primitive area or in our modern camping area for the duration of the event. You can participate in the many actives of the rendezvous including our range sports (black powder shooting, primitive archery, and hawk & knife), participate in the many games, learn in lots of seminars, listen to music, shop with the vendors, and so much more. Participants are required to be dressed in period correct clothing within the 1640 - 1840 time period. If you wish to camp within the primitive area your tent and all visible parts of your camp must be period correct as well. Registration Options

Pre-registration is open to the public each year from September 1st to December 1st. If you miss the pre-registration window, registration is also available at the gate when you arrive. Pre-registration is available online or by mail.

Registration Fees

Each participating adult (anyone over 18 years old) must pay a registration fee ($80/adult, $70/adult for early registration) to complete their registration. Registration is free for all individuals under 18 years old, but must still be registered. All children must be registered with a participating adult. Traders will need to pay an additional traders fee ($55, $40 for early registration)

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the event and prefer to have a refund in lieu of your registration being a donation to the Florida Frontiersmen, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit, a refund will be provided upon a written request, email acceptable, post marked by February 15, 2027.
